There's mods out there to add whatever elements you want to the game. Whether it's clothes, build items, moodlets, behaving pets, etc. Right now I'm into cc clothes and build items. Oh and save files! The Sims 4 is a little better with expansion packs and such, but I think the base game itself feels very empty and has very few features. I don't play with mods anymore but I remember that I had a mod earlier where you would get more careers such as model or singer.
